Booking for a husband, father or partner? You are welcome to contact us to help arrange an appointment. We’ll need his agreement before discussing his medical details.
For GPs and other clinicians
Email appointments@cambridgeprostatepractice.co.uk to arrange a referral and agree how clinical records should be transferred securely. Please establish the appropriate route before sending medical attachments.
If the patient is using insurance, check the insurer’s referral and pre-authorisation requirements before the appointment.
